Project Description:

The Argonauts project was a comprehensive undertaking aimed at developing a full brand identity and multi-purpose content for this conscious leadership program. The project targeted individuals and CEOs, with the ultimate goal of providing a blend of enlightening and digestible content, delivered with a distinct brand personality.

Objectives:

The primary objectives of the project were to:

  1. Design and develop a unique brand identity for Argonauts.
  2. Produce a steady stream of diverse content for various platforms, including social media, educational platforms, YouTube, and podcasts.
  3. Generate a suite of multi-purpose productions including podcast interviews, YouTube videos, social media snippets, and educational content courses.
  4. Ensure the content generated was suitable for both native and non-native English speakers, addressing high-level scientific and philosophical topics in an easily comprehensible manner.
  5. Create content that embodies certain core concepts such as emotional connection, relatability, education, and potential impacts on personal, family, work, and global levels.

Methodologies:

The project involved a multi-disciplinary team comprising of writers, editors, graphic designers, and hosts. The work process included:

  1. Conducting podcast interviews with knowledgeable guests and editing these into audio and video formats.
  2. Based on the podcast discussions, we identified suitable topics that could be translated into a YouTube video.
  3. Scriptwriting and organizing shoots for the YouTube videos.
  4. Editing the YouTube video and extracting snippets for promotional purposes on social media.
  5. Creating a batch of educational video content that was repurposed into courses, using talents provided by the Argonauts company.
  6. Generating short-form social media content that was turned into carousels and quote videos.

Impacts and Lessons Learned:

The project was a deep immersion into creating tailored content that could cater to a broad audience. While our content strategy intended to resonate with individuals who desired a friendly, relatable tone, it also ensured a balanced blend of high-level topics made digestible for non-native English speakers. The resulting content is rich, educational, cognitively stimulating, and emotionally engaging, aptly embodying the concepts Argonauts wished to communicate.

While the full range of content hasn't been distributed yet, the work done on this project has demonstrated how to effectively repurpose content across different platforms with minimum input, thus maximising efficiency. It has also underscored the importance of flexibility in strategy execution, especially in instances where the client company undergoes a strategic pivot.
